PETALING JAYA: Low Yat Group has achieved a 90% take-up rate for its latest residential development, Amaya since the launch in November 2022.

The developer said Amaya, located in Acacia Park, Bandar Tasik Puteri (BTP) township sets a new standard as the inaugural development featuring a private residence clubhouse, complemented by a secure, 24-hour gated and guarded community.
